However, the success of any consulting or implementation engagement depends on factors outside our control, including your team's engagement, your business circumstances, and external market conditions. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from our work.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you have paid us for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.
