How it works
Every custom training engagement starts with a 15 to 20 minute call with each team member who will attend the training. We ask about their role, their workflows, and the work that takes them the most time. We use what we learn from these calls to build training content that uses your real examples, your real workflows, and your real bottlenecks. The team walks out of the session with skills they apply to their actual work, not generic exercises they have to translate later. Thirty days after the session, we run a follow-up call to answer questions that have come up, work through implementation challenges, and revisit any sections the team wants to cover again.
